• Bracket picks and pool membership data

• To manage pool memberships and invitations
• To display leaderboard rankings and bracket data
• To communicate updates, alerts, and support responses
• To improve the Service and develop new features

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following cases: (a) with pool members as part of leaderboard and bracket visibility; (b) when required by law or to protect our legal rights; (c) with service providers who assist in operating the platform under strict confidentiality agreements.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure with row-level security policies. We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. While we implement industry-standard safeguards, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics tools to understand usage patterns and improve the Service. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Export your bracket picks and pool data

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes.
