How do I create a pool?
Sign in to your account and navigate to your Dashboard. Click "Create Pool" and configure your pool name, bracket lock date, bracket lock date, and maximum members. Share the generated invite code with friends to get them in.
How do I join a pool?
Get the 8-character invite code from your pool commissioner. Go to your Dashboard, click "Join Pool", and enter the code. You'll be added to the pool automatically.
Can I change my picks after submitting?
Yes, you can edit your picks freely until the pool's lock date. Once the bracket locks, all picks are final and become visible to other pool members.
How does scoring work?
Points double each round: 1 point in Round 1, up to 32 for the Championship. Check our Rules & Scoring page for the full breakdown.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login page, click "Forgot Password" to receive a password reset link via email. Follow the link to set a new password.
How do I delete my account?
Contact us at support@bracketbuster.app and we'll process your account deletion within 30 days. All personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
